Jason B Stevens, is an attorney that specializes in criminal, DUI, and traffic defense, driver license reinstatement, and sealing or expungement of criminal records. Mr. Stevens was admitted to the bar in November 2003.  Since being admitted to the Illinois bar, Mr. Stevens has handled hundreds of felony and misdemeanor criminal cases, including DUI and other traffic offenses.  Mr. Stevens is known for his trial skills both before judges and juries where he has a proven track record of not guilty findings.  Mr. Stevens has defended criminal cases in Cook, Dupage, Kane, Lake, McHenry, Winnebago, Will, Lee, and Dekalb Counties.

While a law student, Mr. Stevens was a member of the Dean’s List, Moot Court, and Law Journal Honor programs. He earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from The John Marshall Law School in June 2003.

Mr. Stevens has enjoyed a prestigious career. He founded the Law Office of Jason B Stevens PC in 2015. He is currently a member of the Northwest Suburban, and Lake County Bar Associations.  In 2017 Mr. Stevens was recognized by Lawyers of Distinction as being an attorney rated in the top 10% of criminal defense practitioners.  In 2019 Attorney & Practice Magazine named him as one of the top ten criminal defense attorney’s in Illinois. In 2020 he was named to the National Trial Lawyers top 100 attorneys in the field of criminal defense. He earned litigator of the year honors in 2022 by the American Institute of Trial Lawyers. He has been recognized by the American Institute of Criminal Law Attorneys as one of the top 10 criminal lawyers for client satisfaction in 2016-2017, 2021, 2023-2024.  In 2025 he earned the Best of Business Rate Criminal Justice Attorney award.
